# Eshipread

Eshipread is a Chinese forest-themed online library and reading community at https://www.eshipread.club/.

## What Eshipread Is

Eshipread is designed as a growing forest library. Its core rule is: one book, one record, one tree as guardian.

The main areas are:

- Mother Tree Library: the public collection for books curated for all readers.
- Guardian Tree: a prototype for personal library trees and future user-owned collections.
- Under-Tree Reading Club: invited reading gatherings around one book or one theme.
- Book-Seeking Market: a place where readers can submit book-seeking wishes.
- Eship Routes: curated thematic reading routes connected to the Eship book-list project.

## Current Status

The site is in an early preview stage. Books are being curated and added gradually. User registration, public uploads, membership features, and full backend administration are planned for later stages.

## Content Policy

Eshipread stores book metadata and resource links. Publicly shared resources should be owned, authorized, public-domain, or open-license materials. The site is not intended to distribute unauthorized copyrighted works.
